By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms help ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for both you and Visuals by Rishat (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Booking & Payments
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your contract.
Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Sessions or weddings may be rescheduled based on availability.
If you cancel your event after booking, all payments made are non-refundable.
If we are unable to photograph or film your event due to an emergency, we will arrange a trusted associate or issue a refund of all payments made (excluding services already delivered).
Weather & Location
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If weather prevents shooting, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
Any location fees, permits, or travel expenses will be the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Creative Rights
All images and videos are edited based on our artistic style.
RAW / unedited images or footage are not provided under any circumstance.
We reserve the right to refuse specific edits outside our artistic approach (e.g., extreme retouching or altering body shape).
Delivery
Final galleries and videos are delivered digitally through an online platform.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the season, but standard turnaround is outlined in your contract.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Copyright & Usage
Visuals by Rishat retains full copyright to all images and videos.
Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing, printing, and personal display.
Commercial use requires written permission.
We may use images or videos for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless you request in writing that your content remains private.
Client Cooperation
Clients must arrive on time and prepared for their session or event.
We are not responsible for missed moments due to delays, restrictions, or interference beyond our control.
A family member or planner may help gather individuals for group photos to keep the timeline on track.
Harassment & Safety
We reserve the right to discontinue coverage if the photographer, videographer, or any team member experiences harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions.
If such a situation occurs, no refunds will be provided.
Travel
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Some locations may qualify for discounted travel depending on our schedule.
